Service Delivery

Globexa delivers professional trading and supply services through the following methods:

• —In-person consultations and document collection at our Abu Dhabi office
• —Digital delivery of documents, reports, and notifications via email
• —Government liaison services performed on behalf of the client at relevant authorities
• —Courier delivery of physical documents where required

Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, clients will receive:

• —An automated payment confirmation email sent to the registered email address within 24 hours
• —A service confirmation SMS to the registered mobile number (where applicable)
• —A formal invoice issued by Globexa within 1–2 business days

Delays

Timelines may be affected by government authority processing speeds, document availability from the client, or public holidays. Globexa will communicate any delays to the client promptly.

Service Fees

All service fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). Government fees and third-party charges are separate and will be communicated transparently before service commencement. Free consultations are available upon request.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
