Refund & Cancellation Policy

Globexa is committed to delivering quality trading services. We understand that circumstances can change, and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The wrong service was billed or delivered by Globexa
  • The service was not rendered due to a fault on Globexa's part
  • A duplicate payment was charged
  • The service could not be completed within the agreed timeframe due to Globexa's failure

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Government fees, license fees, or any third-party charges paid on behalf of the client
  • Services already rendered or partially completed
  • Document processing fees once the process has commenced

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to GlobexAgentTrading@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date
  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment (Visa or Mastercard)
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 working days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card
  • Globexa will review all refund requests and respond within 5 business days

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing within 48 hours of payment for a full refund of service fees (excluding government fees)
  • Cancellations after 48 hours but before service commencement may be eligible for a partial refund at Globexa's discretion
  • Once a service has commenced, cancellation will not entitle the client to a refund of service fees already incurred

Replacement / Correction

Globexa will correct or redo services at no charge if:

  • The wrong service was delivered by Globexa
  • Documents or outputs were defective due to Globexa's error
  • Work was not completed as agreed in the service scope

Disputes

In case of any dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, clients may contact our team at GlobexAgentTrading@gmail.com. All disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
